Cody did an excellent job on my patio including my patio furniture, cushions, outdoor rug, and my table and chairs. He also did a “nest eviction” & clean up on my pergola cleaning up all of that bird poo! Don’t worry, the birds had already left the nest! He is a super nice young man and very professional. Arrived early today and got right to work. Additional time was taken to remove all thy over spray from when the house was painted. We can actually see out of the windows now. That could not be said of thy team the builder had to clean them prior to our move in. I would highly recommend C&I SupremeKlean for the next time you need your window cleaned

My wife and I just had a local company install these beautiful pavers. After the install, my wife and I wanted to get them sealed in a way that really brought out the color. This is where C&I SupremeKlean stepped in. This is exactly what we wanted. Cody and Cody…yes they have same name) took their time cleaning and then sealing these pavers. To be honest I was a bit nervous about someone else touching the other contractors work, because they did such a fantastic job. However I am so glad I called Cody! The initial results look great and ill report back if anything changes.

After seven years in our house with lots of pavers they were looking dull and colorless. Cody did his magic on them, pressure washing, cleaning them and finally sealing them. They now look better than when we had the pavers installed!! Also as a benefit they are easier to keep clean. We highly recommend Cody and his team if you need them for your project.
How patio, garage and driveway power washing did wonderful job.
New to Arizona and have a paver patio in our backyard. It was starting to look a little grungy so I reached out to Cody after seeing his post in a Facebook group. He responded right away and was able to come the next morning to give an estimate. He was very informative about his process and answered all of my questions; he also communicated very well about any potential problems he saw before he started. There is a night and day difference in our patio that he washed and sealed as well as the back gate that he power washed. Well worth the money and looking forward to enjoying the new look of our patio and am happy it’s protected now. Very highly recommend Cody.

Cody is awesome! He power-washed our patio and lakeside deck, and while he was at it he washed our patio tables as well. He also washed our garbage cans, which were filthy. He is courteous, professional, and on time. He even brought us coffee! Highly recommend!

I recently contracted with Cody for a complete front and backyard cleaning, sanding, and penetrating seal of my paver based driveway and walkways as well as my patio. All I can say is wow wow wow! Cody is an absolute magician. He cleaned and sealed our outdoor travertine and it is absolutely gorgeous! My wife loves loves it and happy wife = happy life. Out travertine was pretty tired looking but Cody brought it back to life. It didn’t look this good when it was newly installed. Highly recommend Cody for his hard work and attention to detail! You will not be disappointed! Cody is the absolute best!!!

Pavers were so faded. Once sealed six years ago when we first built. Cody stripped, sanded, and sealed to bring pavers back to life! He knew exactly what to do! Drive and walkway look amAZing. 🌵 They actually look better than when initially installed by our builder! Accommodated us while we were out of town. Communicated the entire time during the project. Obviously takes pride in his work by the outcome. Highly recommend! Happy Homeowner!
